Strategic goals for 2024
In 2024, we’re placing emphasis on three key priorities. First and foremost, we will be channeling our energy into amplifying our product development and sales efforts in Nigeria and Kenya – our two primary markets. Secondly, with our founding team of three, we’re gearing up to grow our team. As our product and customer base grows, we recognize the need for more hands and expertise on the ground. Lastly, we’ll be going into fundraising mode – embarking on our journey to secure our first round of funding.
Lessons learned since founding
The biggest lesson I’ve learned – and am still learning – is that to realize the vision I have for Direx, it’s crucial to align with the current state of the market and foster innovation from that point forward, rather than insisting on my ideal scenario. After all, if the market were already where I envisioned it, there would be no need for Direx in the first place.
