In 2024, Point.me will continue to emphasize ease and accuracy for consumers – building confidence in using points also helps drive acquisition to our loyalty and airline partners, which is an important consideration in our long-term strategy. 

We will also expand the functionality of our core service, while enhancing the enterprise offerings that power reward search for key financial institutions.

Lessons learned since founding

We are constantly learning new things, despite our decades of experience in the travel and loyalty industry! Two that stand out are that first – if you have the privilege to scale – you’re likely to be inundated with advice, well-intentioned ideas, analysis, thoughtful recommendations and so forth. We’ve learned the importance of both listening to expert suggestions, while also developing trust in our own instincts.
